Fazenda Boa Vista house Extension

Currently under development, this project involves the expansion of a residence in Fazenda Boa Vista, originally designed in 2015 by Studio MK27. To meet the demands of the new owners, the program was expanded with the addition of a bedroom and private area, a carport, and a gourmet area. The solution proposes the creation of a volume superimposed on the original building, using lightweight materials that rest directly on the existing concrete structure.
