Designed by the award-winning partnership between the Galeria Arquitetos and Terra Capobianco offices, led by architects Fernanda Neiva and Ana Terra Capobianco, the ground floor of the BETC Havas Café, entirely open to the public, features transparent elements in the staircase and side walls, along with a stone floor and plenty of wood in the ceiling and shelves, offering a more welcoming atmosphere to the bookstore and café.
Meanwhile, those visiting the first floor, where a large bar and kitchen are located, have opted for more modern environments, blending metallic and wooden elements, surrounded by a vertical garden. Here, one part is open to the public and the other is intended only for employees of the advertising agency.
The second, third, and fourth floors function as private areas for pocket shows, meetings, dinners, and exclusive parties. The second floor has a lounge and a meeting room, which resembles a large dining table. On the third floor, the hexagonal tile floor, entirely in transparent glass, copper-colored elements, wood, and a large green velvet sofa make this space the most retro – all reflected in a large mirrored ceiling! On the fourth and final floor, there is a sophisticated bar, but with modern touches, full of elements in wood, glass, and black metallic materials.
