Casa Jabuticabeira is situated on a plot with a markedly irregular geometry, whose 14-meter frontage narrows to just 6.5 meters at the rear. To optimize the use of space—which was particularly narrow in the social area—the project eliminated the ground floor pillars, supporting the structure directly on the side boundaries. The construction system adopted steel, while the facade received Dekton cladding. The material panels were worked with strategic perforations, functioning as a filter for light and natural ventilation for the private wing.
