In 2017, the advertising agency FCB conducted an internal survey to evaluate the physical space of its former headquarters. Based on the results, they invited several architecture firms to a competition aimed at designing a renovation that reflected the team's actual needs. We had the honor of winning this competition and delivering a project we are deeply proud of.
The final layout completely breaks away from traditional corporate standards: directors occupy shared offices at the corners of the CENU building (Centro Empresarial Nações Unidas), freeing up the entire length of the glass facades for the staff. The workspace is interspersed with cozy lounges, and the striking presence of greenery throughout the agency enhances overall environmental comfort. Right at the entrance, the reception area surprises visitors by featuring a bar counter and a large communal space inspired by a restaurant concept.
