Terracota House

Located on a flat plot in Itu, this single-story residence is organized around a "U"-shaped floor plan. The geometry of the project intelligently dictates the zoning of the program: the front block houses the social area, while the side and rear wings distribute the service area and the private bedroom area. The choice of materials—with rammed earth walls combined with a glued laminated timber (GLT) roof structure—reinforces the architectural concept and lends a highly cozy atmosphere to the spaces.
