Developed for the new headquarters of the construction company Grupo Agis, this project occupies four floors of a corporate building on Avenida Paulista. The program distribution was strategically planned: the typical floors (6th, 7th, and 8th floors) were entirely dedicated to staff workstations, while the 9th floor was designed exclusively to house the company's management.
