This project was developed for the new headquarters of IGC in São Paulo, a consulting firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions (M&A). The architectural premise sought to reconcile the maximum privacy required in meetings with clients with the strategic proximity of leadership to their teams. To achieve this, the directors' private offices were strategically positioned in front of their respective teams.

The major innovation of the layout was the centralization of these offices in internal cores, freeing up the glazed perimeter of the facade. This solution ensured that natural light was distributed democratically and uniformly throughout the open space. In terms of materials, the choice of natural stone and veneered wood panels provides a refined and timeless finish, visually reflecting the solidity, excellence, and high standard of services provided by IGC.
