The new headquarters of 35 Agency was conceived to embody a new work culture. Set between the greenery of a public square and the vibrant atmosphere of Vila Madalena, the project proposes an environment that combines inspiration, interaction, and comfort, reflecting the transformations in contemporary professional dynamics and the search for more human-centered workplaces after the home office era.
The architecture enhances the building’s original features while establishing a direct connection between the interior spaces and the surrounding vegetation. With a steel structure and fully glazed façades, the building raises the ceiling height to the level of the tree canopies, offering privileged views and reinforcing the sense of integration with the landscape. The landscaping further strengthens this relationship by bringing greenery indoors, creating a light, comfortable, and inviting atmosphere.
The curation of materials, furniture, and decorative objects stemmed from extensive research involving ceramic studios, concrete workshops, and botanical ateliers. The result is a collection of exclusive pieces that express the attention to detail embedded in the company’s creative production. This careful approach can be seen in elements such as the entrance flooring, specially designed by Estúdio Plume, and the ceramic cups produced by Luli Ateliê.
The outdoor area includes wooden bleachers, bicycle parking, and fully equipped changing rooms with showers, encouraging a more dynamic routine connected to the city. Spaces designed for outdoor meals and furnished balconies promote informal meetings, breaks, and conversations. Inside the agency, the Coffee Bar stands out as a central gathering and social space.
Moving away from conventional corporate buildings and enclosed office layouts, the new headquarters proposes a contemporary vision of the workplace — more open, creative, and connected to new ways of thinking, creating, and collaborating.
