The new headquarters of the Talent agency occupies the ground floor, mezzanine, and first floor of the Autem Building—a project by the Andrade Morettin Arquitetos office with direct access from Rua da Consolação.

Developed to respond to the new corporate dynamics of the post-pandemic era, the layout focuses on collaboration and conviviality, creating strategic meeting points for a team that now works flexibly. The architecture takes advantage of exposed installations, creating a contemporary contrast with the welcoming furniture, integrated living areas, and the strong presence of vegetation, which promotes well-being and biophilia in the agency's daily life.
